When you enroll at Flex, you can rest assured that you are enrolling in a Martial Arts School that is second to none. Our members never pay an annual or registration fee and can attend unlimited classes every week. All students train directly under the supervision and direction of Grand Master Clarence Franklin who is assisted by a great team of student instructors. Each student is assured to get the individual attention they deserve. As a group, our students are the most successful Martial Artists in the area due not only to the most up to date training in the doJang, but because of the exceptional academic and professional lives that our members continually strive for.

Students must be diligent in what they read, what they think, who they spend time with and what they do on a daily basis. With the combined efforts of Flex and great parents, our children will understand that all worthwhile accomplishments come through hard work and perseverance. If you surround yourself with weak spirits, it will drag you down. On the other hand, surround yourself with winning attitudes; you will share in the process of easier victories in goal attainment. Lead by example!

Little Kicks (Ages 3-5)
This class aids in the development of motor skills in a disciplined but fun and exciting atmosphere. Our instructors help build confidence and self-esteem in your child while promoting self control and good sportsmanship.
Our goal is that they will become better students at school and better listeners at home. We believe that physical, mental and emotional skills are crucial to a child’s well being.
Class time: 30 minutes/ 2 times weekly. |

White Belt (All ages)
This is a perfect jump-in point for beginners to learn the basic stances, kicks and blocks. Korean terminology for commands is introduced.

Children (Ages 6-15)
Classes are geared toward school-aged children with added focus on concentration, self control and respect. Controlled sparring helps to develop confidence in one’s Martial Arts skills and meets all requirements for students interested in Olympic style competition. ITF forms (poomses) are standard curriculum with WTF forms (poomses) taught to those wishing to gain more knowledge at higher belt ranks. Our speed, agility and coordination drills will also enhance skills in other activities & sports.
Class time: 40 minutes / 8 times weekly
NOTE: NO CONTACT SPARRING without full safety gear!
Our entry level beginners will never fear being a target for other children’s kicks and punches…PARENTS, this should not be happening in any legitimate Martial Art program!! Please beware of schools that condone full contact as a way of teaching children how to defend themselves.
Personal safety is # 1 at Flex.

Family Ages 6-Adults attending w/ their child
Flex is a family oriented business who believes in spending Quality Family Time Together! Our exciting family classes are ideal for families to pursue goals, learn self-defense and get into shape together.
Age appropriate kicking and punching drills. Sparring and forms.
Class time: 45 minutes/ 5 times weekly. |

All adults may attend whether child present or not. Traditional and Olympic style format.

Red/Black Belt Class (All ages)
Meets every Saturday at 12:30 pm. Black belt children need to be pre-approved by Grand Master Franklin prior to attending class. Bo Dan adults are expected to attend this class as a requirement for 1st Dan promotion.
Full strenuous workout.

Aerobic Kickboxing (Ages 16 – Adults)
A perfect blend of fun, motivation, fitness and self defense education.
Build self confidence, self-esteem and exercise into a healthier lifestyle.
Ages 13-15 may attend with parent.
Class time: 1 hour / 7 times weekly

Scheduled Private Lessons available.
Private lessons are open to both members and non-members. Individual &
family pricing options are available. We recommend that lessons are scheduled at least 2 weeks
in advance especially around testing times.

Tumbling Tigers (Ages 3 - 5)
Basic tumbling for 3-5 yr. old boys and girls.
Balance, coordination and self-control are developed in a fun and caring atmosphere.
