A.S.M.A.P. (After School Martial Arts Program) for Elementary and Middle school students.
Children are picked up from local schools and transported to the Flex facility. Snack and drink provided as well as quiet time for homework and reading. Monday – Thursday, children attend Tae Kwon Do class and Fun Fridays consist of activities such as board games,organized play and movies.
Class time: After school until 6:00pm
5 days a week include half days and teacher work days. |

Tae Kwon Do & Fitness Camp - 8am-4pm
Early Drop Offs / Late pick up available
Each day is full of activities and positive reinforcement, helping children learn discipline, respect and building self esteem. Field trips are included and early bird specials are offered starting March 1st. |

Parent's Night Out.
Moms & Dads.....we watch your children while you have some time to yourselves!!
Members and guests can drop off children for a safe evening of activities
including gym games, crafts, computer time and a movie. Pizza included.
