A.S.M.A.P. (After School Martial Arts Program) for Elementary and Middle school students.
Children are picked up from local schools and transported to the Flex facility. Snack and drink provided as well as quiet time for homework and reading. Monday – Thursday, children attend Tae Kwon Do class and Fun Fridays consist of activities such as board games, kick ball, tumbling and movies.
Class time: After school until 6:00pm
5 days a week include half days and teacher work days. |

Camps for Elementary and Middle school students.
This year Flex is incorporating The Safe Side into the ASMAP and Martial Art Camps. The Safe Side is a Stranger Safety program introduced and indorsed by John Walsh (America Most Wanted host) and Julie Clark (creator of Baby Einstein videos). Find more information about this program at

Jump class.
The purpose of the Jump Rope class is to inspire, motivate and educate children through the unlimited opportunities that jump rope provides. The class is designed to enrich each participant’s knowledge and skills of various jump rope styles. Instructional sessions are designed to accommodate varying skill levels. Students will learn short rope tricks, partner tricks and long rope tricks! This is the perfect cardio program to help your kids learn to stay healthy and active! A short program held at end of session. |

Parent's Night Out.
Moms & Dads.....we watch your children while you have some time to yourselves!!
Members and guests can drop off children for a safe evening of activities
including gym games, crafts, computer time and a movie. Pizza included.
